Inside your Bonzo workflow

What LoanWick does
inside Bonzo.

Bonzo stays your CRM. LoanWick adds an assistant that reads the conversation so far, answers, follows up where you allow it, and writes the result back into Bonzo.

Reads the history first

Before it writes, LoanWick refreshes the lead’s available Bonzo text history, including messages sent outside LoanWick, and looks at CRM notes, pipeline stage, and the assigned loan officer’s settings.

Replies to leads

Inbound replies take priority. LoanWick drafts a response from that context and your instructions, then sends it through Bonzo only if every safety check passes.

Follows up quiet leads

In the stages you enable, LoanWick can reopen conversations that went quiet. It checks holds, opt-outs, and sending restrictions before it reaches out.

Helps book appointments

When a lead is ready, LoanWick offers times from the officer’s configured availability and shares that officer’s booking link. External calendar busy times are not synced.

Records the outcome in Bonzo

Appointment details can be added to Bonzo as an internal note, with the stage move you configure. Sends, skips, and failures are logged in LoanWick so you can see what happened.

AI calling, rolling out

Inbound and outbound AI calls are built on the same context. They turn on seat by seat after voice setup and consent confirmation. Where calling stands

Setup, step by step

How the connection
works.

You can set up on your own or with us. Nothing reaches a real lead until your settings are tested and activation is approved. Full setup guide

  1. Connect Bonzo

An administrator adds the company’s Bonzo connection. LoanWick validates it and loads your pipelines and stages.

  2. Link each loan officer

Each officer connects their Bonzo seat and adds their name, NMLS, booking link, and reply head-start window.

  3. Pick leads and stages

Choose exactly where the assistant may work, and whether each stage allows follow-up, replies only, or no messages.

  4. Set tone and booking

Name the assistant, pick one of five tone profiles, add standing instructions, and set availability and days off.

  5. Test in the private demo

Run simulated conversations with your own officer, stage, and settings. No real SMS is sent.

  6. Get activation approved

Live outreach stays off until activation is approved. Start small, review activity, then expand.

You stay in control

Your leads.
Your rules.

  • ✓Text a lead yourself and LoanWick steps back. A reply delay gives you the first chance to answer.
  • ✓Set each stage to Proactive (follow up), Reactive (reply only), or Pipeline-only (update, never text), or leave it out entirely.
  • ✓Pause any officer’s assistant, or use the company master switch.
  • ✓STOP, remove, and unsubscribe requests end future assistant texts.
  • ✓Texts stay inside the lead’s local window you configure, within the federal 8 AM–9 PM limit plus supported state rules.

These controls support your compliance program. They are not legal advice or a guarantee, and you remain responsible for your configuration.

Bonzo’s built-in AI

LoanWick and Bonzo Spark.

Bonzo’s help center describes Spark, its built-in AI, as a way to generate campaigns and event messages, and Bonzo’s AI features also transcribe and summarize calls. LoanWick works on a different job: the live text conversation after a lead writes back, plus follow-up and booking.

Priced by lead volume,
not by seat.

Your Bonzo subscription, taxes, calling, and other third-party services are separate. See the volume matrix

FAQ

LoanWick for Bonzo: common questions.

Does LoanWick work with Bonzo?
Yes. LoanWick is built for Bonzo. It connects to your Bonzo account, syncs available lead history, notes, and pipeline stages, and sends texts through Bonzo.
Do I have to leave Bonzo to use it?
No. Your leads, conversations, and stages stay in Bonzo. You set up LoanWick and review its activity in the LoanWick dashboard.
Will it start texting my leads right away?
No. Creating a workspace starts setup, not outreach. Connect Bonzo, configure your settings, and test first. Live outreach stays off until activation is approved.
What happens when I text a lead myself?
LoanWick steps back. A recent loan-officer message suppresses overlapping automation, and a configurable reply delay gives you the first chance to answer.
Can it make and answer phone calls?
AI calling is built and rolling out. It turns on for an officer only after voice setup and written-consent confirmation, and it is not live for every workspace yet. See where AI calling stands.
Is LoanWick made or endorsed by Bonzo?
No. LoanWick is an independent product that connects to your Bonzo account. It is not made, sponsored, or endorsed by Bonzo.
