Velocify, from ICE Mortgage Technology, is built for high-volume lead teams: it distributes leads to loan officers and powers the dialer. Many borrowers will not answer a call from a number they do not know, but they will text back. LoanWick is an AI texting assistant for that channel. Its Velocify connection is in progress and not live yet.

LoanWick is an independent product. It is not made, sponsored, endorsed by or affiliated with Velocify or ICE Mortgage Technology. The Velocify or ICE Mortgage Technology connection is in progress and is not live yet.

High volume makes the reply gap bigger

ICE describes Velocify as distributing and prioritizing leads, with distribution programs such as round robin and waterfall, and the Dial-IQ dialer for click-to-call, power dialing and warm transfers. That is built for calling quickly.

When a borrower texts back instead of answering, the loan officer is often on the next call. Inbound texts pile up while the dialer keeps going. An assistant that answers those texts, asks one useful question and offers a call time keeps the lead warm until an officer is free.

Follow the lead owner, even when it changes

Distribution rules can reassign a lead. An assistant that speaks for the wrong officer, or keeps texting after a lead was reassigned, creates confusion. The planned connection reads the current owner before every text and uses that officer’s name and booking details.

It also has to respect your call program. If a loan officer is on the phone with the borrower or just texted, the assistant steps back.

Free for 60 days while it is set up

Sign up for the Velocify version and you get a free 60-day trial while the connection is set up. Test conversations now in the browser demo with fictional leads. No real texts go out until setup is tested and activation is approved. Texts stay inside the lead’s local window within the federal 8 AM–9 PM limit and supported state rules. Texting is the core product; LoanWick’s AI calling is a separate rollout.
