GoHighLevel gives you a bot builder. Mortgage replies need more than a template.
Quick answer: LoanWick is an AI texting assistant for loan officers. The GoHighLevel connection is still being built, so nothing texts your GoHighLevel leads yet. Sign up now for a free 60-day LoanWick texting trial while it is set up, subject to the review terms on this page. Bonzo is the only live connection today.
Many loan officers get GoHighLevel through a marketing agency, often with a mortgage snapshot already loaded. HighLevel includes Conversation AI, so you can build a texting bot yourself. The question is whether that bot handles mortgage conversations the way you would. LoanWick is an AI texting assistant built for loan officers. Its GoHighLevel connection is in progress and not live yet.
LoanWick is an independent product. It is not made, sponsored, endorsed by or affiliated with HighLevel (GoHighLevel). The HighLevel (GoHighLevel) connection is in progress and is not live yet.
Built-in bot vs. mortgage assistant
HighLevel’s help center describes Conversation AI bots built with guided forms, prompts or a flow builder, with booking and human handoff, and a suggestive mode to test before going on autopilot. That is flexible. It also means you or your agency write and maintain the mortgage logic.
LoanWick starts from mortgage: it hands rate and approval questions to the officer, reads prior conversation before asking anything, and follows stage rules about who may be texted. If your agency-built bot already does that well, keep it. If you are rewriting prompts every month, compare.
Who controls your sub-account?
With an agency setup, the agency may own the account, the snapshot, the phone numbers and the A2P registration. Adding an outside assistant affects all of them. Talk to your agency before you sign up so they know which workflows LoanWick will handle and which bots to turn off.
Only one AI should answer a conversation. The planned setup assigns each pipeline stage to one assistant so leads never get two automated replies.
How it will work with GoHighLevel (in progress)
Map your snapshot
Planned: list the pipeline stages from your snapshot and set each to follow up, reply only, or never text.
Turn off overlap
Pause Conversation AI and workflows that would reply in the same stages.
Reply and follow up
Planned: answer replies with mortgage context and follow up quiet leads within opt-outs, sending limits and texting hours.
Book and record
Planned: share your booking link and log the outcome back to the contact.
Status: the GoHighLevel connection is not fully built. Nothing here describes a live feature.
60-day free trial while we connect
Sign up for the GoHighLevel version and you get a free 60-day trial while the connection is set up. Run the same fictional conversations through your current bot and LoanWick’s browser demo and compare. No real texts go out until setup is tested and activation is approved. Texts stay inside the lead’s local window within the federal 8 AM–9 PM limit and supported state rules. Texting is the core product.
Free 60-day trial while the connection is set up. Trials are subject to review and aren’t guaranteed for loan officers with more than 500 leads per month, though we may still choose to honor them. The trial includes LoanWick texting, not voice; voice trials may be available on request.
