Accessibility statement
LoanWick should work for people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, enlarge text, or prefer less motion.
Last updated October 9, 2026
Our goal
We want everyone who evaluates or uses LoanWick, including loan officers, team administrators, and the borrowers they work with, to be able to read, navigate, and operate it. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for this website and the signed-in workspace. That is our target, not a claim of formal certification.
What we do today
- Every public page has a skip link, one main heading, and navigation menus that work with a keyboard and announce whether they are open.
- Keyboard focus is always visible, and frequently asked questions use native expandable controls.
- Text and button colors are checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios in our automated tests, and pages adapt to Windows high-contrast (forced colors) mode.
- Content is readable as soon as it loads. Pages do not hide text behind entrance animations, and we honor your device's reduce-motion setting. The homepage sample conversation can be shown in full at any time.
- Forms use visible labels and explain errors in text, not color alone. The sign-in form lets you show or hide your password.
- We use a self-hosted, legible typeface, and layouts reflow to a single column on small screens without sideways scrolling.
- Key pages, including sign-in, were last checked with automated tests (axe-core) and a keyboard walk-through on October 9, 2026.
Known limitations
- The signed-in workspace is a dense application. Some older screens, large tables, and charts may be harder to use with a screen reader or at high zoom. We fix these as we find them.
- Some steps happen on services we do not control, such as Stripe payment pages, Bonzo, and calendar booking providers. Their own accessibility statements apply there.
- The testing ground and the interactive calculators need JavaScript. The pricing table and written guides do not.
Report a barrier or ask for another format
If something on LoanWick is hard to use, or you need information from a page in another format, email [email protected]. It helps to include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use. A person reads every message and will follow up by email.
Borrowers who were contacted by a mortgage team through LoanWick can also ask that team directly for help or for another way to communicate.
