Early access · rolling out

LoanWick’s voice assistant answers and makes calls with the same Bonzo history, officer settings, and safety checks as its texts. It is rolling out seat by seat, after setup and consent.

Where calling stands (September 2026): AI calling is built but not broadly live. The demo line is a preview while audio tuning continues. Automatic calls to new leads are built but turned off. In a workspace, calling turns on per officer only after voice setup and written-consent confirmation.

How calls are designed to work

What happens
on a call.

One assistant for texts and calls, with the same history and guardrails, instead of a separate voice tool bolted onto Bonzo.

Answers inbound calls

Where calling is set up, the assistant can pick up, introduce itself as an AI assistant for that loan officer, and help the caller with their question.

Calls approved leads

Outbound calls go only to leads on seats where calling is enabled and permission is confirmed, inside your company’s saved calling hours.

Guides toward a conversation

The goal is time with the loan officer, not a hard sell. If a caller asks for a person, the assistant stops the automated conversation and points them to the officer or office.

It already knows
the conversation.

Calls draw on the same Bonzo history, CRM notes, and officer settings LoanWick uses for texting. A lead who texted last week shouldn’t have to start over on the phone. How LoanWick works with Bonzo

Guardrails

Consent first.
Then calls.

  • ✓Consent required. Calling needs written permission from leads that covers AI or automated voice calls. Each officer confirms this during voice setup before calling can be turned on.
  • ✓AI disclosure. The assistant says it is an AI assistant at the start of the call.
  • ✓Opt-out. Leads can say “stop” to end future calls, and the request is recorded.
  • ✓Calling hours. Company calling hours must be saved first. Officer hours can only narrow them, and the lead’s local calling-window rules (the federal 8 AM–9 PM limit plus state rules LoanWick has configured) also apply.
  • ✓Do-not-call controls. Calls are checked against do-not-call controls, and calling consent is tracked separately from texting.
  • ✓Switches. Company and officer switches control calling, and turning calling off is always allowed.

These controls support your compliance program. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee compliance with the TCPA or state law. Review your setup with qualified counsel.

Call the demo line.

Call 949-691-0086 to hear a preview of the voice assistant. Audio tuning is still in progress. Use fictional details only: the demo doesn’t book real appointments or transfer calls. Carrier charges may apply.

Prefer text? Try the browser texting demo. It never texts a phone number or changes Bonzo.

FAQ

AI calling: common questions.

Can AI call my mortgage leads?
It can once calling is on for your workspace, but it is still rolling out. Calling turns on per loan officer only after voice setup and written-consent confirmation, and every call must also pass calling-hour, opt-out, and do-not-call checks. It is not live for every workspace yet.
Will it call every new lead instantly?
No. Automatic calls to new leads are built but turned off today. When calling is enabled, calls only go to leads with confirmed permission, inside calling hours.
Will leads know it’s AI?
Yes. The assistant introduces itself as an AI assistant for the loan officer at the start of the call.
Is AI calling legal?
Rules for AI and automated voice calls are strict and vary by state. That is why LoanWick requires written-consent confirmation, AI disclosure, opt-out handling, and calling-hour limits before calls go out. This is not legal advice. Review your calling program with qualified counsel.
What happens if a lead says stop or asks for a person?
Leads can say “stop” to end future calls, and the opt-out is recorded. If a caller asks for a person, the assistant ends the automated conversation and points them to the loan officer or office.
Does calling cost extra?
Monthly plans cover the product and every loan officer. Calling and carrier charges are separate from the monthly plan, and your signed agreement controls billing.
How do I get early access?
Email [email protected] or book a walkthrough. We’ll check whether your leads’ consent covers AI calls and walk through voice setup.
