When and with whom
The assigned officer, appointment date, time, and time zone should be unambiguous.
LoanWick helps coordinate the next conversation with the assigned loan officer using configured availability, booking information, and the context already available in Bonzo.
A borrower may want to talk without knowing which officer to contact, what time zone applies, or whether a call fits their current plans. The assistant can clarify the next step and use the assigned officer’s settings instead of treating every conversation like a new lead.
A useful handoff includes why the borrower wants to speak and what they already shared. It should save the officer from asking the same basic questions again. Appointment notifications depend on the workspace’s configured channels and recipients.
Establish whether the borrower wants a consultation and capture the relevant goal or timing already discussed.
Use the assigned officer’s booking link, configured availability, scheduling instructions, and time zone.
Check the stored appointment details and Bonzo activity. A suggested time or a sent link is not proof that a booking was completed.
Make the collected conversation context available to the officer through the configured appointment workflow.
LoanWick uses the availability and days off configured for the officer, together with their booking link and instructions. Those settings should match the hours the officer actually wants to offer.
External Outlook or Google Calendar busy times are not synced by this workflow. Do not assume it can detect a meeting on an outside calendar. Use your booking provider’s availability rules where applicable, and check the final calendar destination before activating appointment outreach.
An appointment in the CRM is not automatically proof of an event in an external calendar.
The assigned officer, appointment date, time, and time zone should be unambiguous.
Preserve the stated purchase, refinance, equity, or other consultation goal without inventing information.
Keep unresolved borrower questions visible so the licensed officer can take over with context.
For a pilot, separately count conversations, suggested times, confirmed appointments, attended consultations, and later outcomes. That makes it possible to distinguish a productive assistant from one that generates pleasant but inconclusive conversations.
Review a few successful bookings alongside failed or incomplete attempts. Confirm assignment, time zone, CRM activity, and notice delivery. No software comparison should treat every positive borrower response as a booked appointment.
