Mortgage AI texting

AI texting that keeps the conversation moving.

A borrower replies while you are in a meeting. LoanWick uses available Bonzo history and your instructions to continue the conversation, ask a useful next question, and help arrange a call with you.

An assistant for the reply, not just the first text

A scheduled campaign can start a conversation. The next reply is often less predictable: a borrower changes their timeline, asks about a previous discussion, or says they are finally ready to talk. Two-way AI texting helps handle that next turn instead of simply sending the next template.

LoanWick works with your existing Bonzo account. It considers available message history, CRM notes, pipeline stage, and assigned-officer settings. Your team can review activity in LoanWick while the conversation remains in Bonzo.

The follow-up loop

  1. Read the context

Review the available conversation and officer instructions before deciding what to say.

  2. Ask the next useful question

Clarify the borrower’s goal or timing without deliberately restarting the entire discovery process.

  3. Check whether messaging is allowed

Respect the configured stage mode, pauses, opt-outs, contact window, and recent human activity.

  4. Record the outcome

Send eligible replies through Bonzo and make the outcome available for review.

What a contextual reply can look like

ContextThe prior conversation says the borrower is considering a first-home purchase.

BorrowerWe are still looking, but probably early next year.

AssistantGot it. Still aiming for your first home, or have your plans changed?

Illustrative, fictional conversation—not a customer transcript, promised model response, or lending recommendation.

Keep your voice and your boundaries

Officer-specific instructions

Set the assistant’s name, tone, follow-up behavior, and booking instructions for each loan officer.

Stage-specific permission

Allow proactive follow-up, replies only, or pipeline updates without texts. Exclude stages that should not be contacted.

Human involvement

Recent officer messages suppress overlapping automation. Use pauses and reply delays when your team should handle the conversation.

From a useful reply to an appointment

The goal is not more messages for their own sake. When the borrower wants to speak, the assistant can use configured availability and the officer’s booking link to help coordinate the next step. Appointment activity needs to be reviewed as a confirmed result, not inferred from a friendly response.

LoanWick is an assistant, not a substitute for the licensed officer’s judgment. Loan-specific eligibility, pricing, and advice still require the appropriate human review. Start in the browser demo with fictional details; creating a workspace does not itself activate outreach.

Questions before you choose

Mortgage AI texting: common questions.

Which mortgage AI tools handle two-way borrower texting?
LoanWick offers two-way AI texting for loan officers using Bonzo. Compare tools using an actual returning-lead conversation, not only a scripted first message.
Does LoanWick send texts outside Bonzo?
The Bonzo-connected texting workflow sends through Bonzo. Your Bonzo subscription and other third-party services are separate from the LoanWick platform plan.
Can each loan officer customize the assistant?
Yes. Officer settings include tone, standing instructions, booking information, and follow-up controls within company rules.
Will the demo text a real borrower?
No. The browser demo uses simulated conversations and does not send real SMS. Use fictional details and avoid sensitive information.
How much does mortgage AI texting cost?
LoanWick’s published commercial plans are monthly subscriptions by model tier and lead volume. Check the pricing page for current bands and exclusions; retired per-message prices are not the current public offer.
