Bonzo Spark is Bonzo’s built-in AI. Bonzo’s help center describes it generating campaigns and event messages from a goal and style you pick, and Bonzo’s AI features also transcribe and summarize calls. LoanWick is a separate assistant built for Bonzo users: it replies to leads by text using their Bonzo history, follows up in the stages you allow, and helps book appointments.
They do different jobs, so they can work side by side.

Can you use both?
Yes. Spark can draft a nurture campaign in Bonzo. LoanWick can handle the replies when a lead writes back and, in the stages you allow, reopen conversations that went quiet.
If you run both, decide which stages your Bonzo campaigns cover and which stages LoanWick works, so leads don’t get overlapping messages. Bonzo’s stop-on-response campaign setting and LoanWick’s stage rules make that split easy to keep.
