Every Salesforce org is different. Your AI texting setup should be too.
Quick answer: LoanWick is an AI texting assistant for loan officers. The Salesforce connection is still being built, so nothing texts your Salesforce leads yet. Sign up now for a free 60-day LoanWick texting trial while it is set up, subject to the review terms on this page. Bonzo is the only live connection today.
Lenders use Salesforce in very different ways: Financial Services Cloud, a mortgage package, or a custom build an admin has shaped for years. An AI texting assistant has to fit your objects and fields, not the other way around. LoanWick is an AI texting assistant for loan officers. Its Salesforce connection is in progress and not live yet.
LoanWick is an independent product. It is not made, sponsored, endorsed by or affiliated with Salesforce. The Salesforce connection is in progress and is not live yet.
Why Salesforce setups need a mapping step
In one org, a new mortgage inquiry is a Lead. In another it is a Contact with an Opportunity. Financial Services Cloud adds its own residential loan objects. Consent, owner and stage can live in standard or custom fields.
An assistant that guesses wrong could text the wrong record or ignore an opt-out stored in a custom field. That is why the planned Salesforce connection starts with your admin mapping the fields that matter before anything else.
The fields your admin will map
| Field | Why it matters | Risk if unmapped |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | Which loan officer the assistant speaks for | Wrong officer name or booking link |
| Stage or status | Where the assistant may follow up, reply only or never text | Texting in-process loans |
| Consent and opt-out | Whether the lead can be texted | Missing an opt-out stored elsewhere |
| Phone and time zone | Where and when texts may go | Texts outside the lead’s allowed window |
| Activity history | What has already been said | Repeating questions the borrower answered |
How it will work with Salesforce (in progress)
Planned: once fields are mapped and tested in a sandbox or with fictional records, LoanWick reads the lead’s context, answers replies by text, follows up quiet leads only in approved stages, offers the officer’s booking link, and logs the outcome back to the record.
The same checks apply as on Bonzo: opt-outs end assistant texts, sends stay inside the lead’s local window within the federal 8 AM–9 PM limit and supported state rules, sending limits hold, and the assistant steps back when a person texts. If you use Jungo, see the Jungo guide; its setup is separate.
Status: the Salesforce connection is not fully built. Nothing here describes a live feature.
A free 60-day trial while your org is set up
Sign up for the Salesforce version and you get a free 60-day trial while the connection is set up. That gives your admin time to map fields and test with fictional records. Try conversations now in the browser demo. No real texts go out until setup is tested and activation is approved. Texting is the core product.
Free 60-day trial while the connection is set up. Trials are subject to review and aren’t guaranteed for loan officers with more than 500 leads per month, though we may still choose to honor them. The trial includes LoanWick texting, not voice; voice trials may be available on request.
