Surefire sends the content. Someone has to answer the reply.
Quick answer: LoanWick is an AI texting assistant for loan officers. The Surefire connection is still being built, so nothing texts your Surefire leads yet. Surefire, from ICE Mortgage Technology, is known for marketing automation: a large content library, milestone campaigns and post-close outreach. Good content gets replies. A past client answers a rate email, or a new lead texts back after a video. LoanWick is an AI texting assistant built to answer those replies. Its Surefire connection is in progress and not live yet.
LoanWick is an independent product. It is not made, sponsored, endorsed by or affiliated with Surefire or ICE Mortgage Technology. The Surefire or ICE Mortgage Technology connection is in progress and is not live yet.
Content creates conversations you have to finish
ICE describes Surefire as automating borrower outreach across email, text, video, social and print, with rule-based workflows triggered from LOS data or lead portals, and tasks that remind the loan officer to follow up. Those tasks still wait for you.
A reminder is not a reply. When a past client writes back “what would my payment be now?” at 8 PM, the next useful step is a quick, personal answer and an offer to talk. That is the job LoanWick is built for: the two-way conversation after marketing does its work.
Respect central marketing and compliance
Many Surefire lenders run centralized marketing with approved content. An assistant that writes its own texts needs the same discipline. The planned setup keeps LoanWick’s replies short and conversational, hands rate, pricing and approval questions to the loan officer, and follows the instructions your company sets for every officer.
Expect your marketing or compliance team to review the assistant’s instructions and test conversations before activation. That review is part of setup, not a delay.
How it will work with Surefire (in progress)
| Moment | Planned assistant action | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Reply to a campaign | Answer the borrower’s question and offer a call | Never invents rates or approval |
| Quiet lead | One or two follow-ups in approved stages | Within sending limits and texting hours |
| Ready to talk | Share your availability and booking link | Outcome recorded for your team |
| STOP or you step in | Assistant stops texting | Opt-outs end assistant texts |
Status: the Surefire connection is not fully built. Nothing here describes a live feature.
Free 60-day trial for Surefire users
Sign up for the Surefire version and you get a free 60-day trial while the connection is set up. Your Surefire content and campaigns stay as they are. Test LoanWick’s replies now with fictional leads in the browser demo. No real texts go out until setup is tested and activation is approved. Texts stay inside the lead’s local window within the federal 8 AM–9 PM limit and supported state rules. Texting is the core product.
Free 60-day trial while the connection is set up. Trials are subject to review and aren’t guaranteed for loan officers with more than 500 leads per month, though we may still choose to honor them. The trial includes LoanWick texting, not voice; voice trials may be available on request.
