The short answer
Verse is a managed AI texting and voice platform for many industries, including mortgage, with live transfers, a human concierge team and quote-only pricing. LoanWick is an AI texting assistant built for loan officers on Bonzo, with published pricing from $49 a month.
Verse’s site lists Salesforce, HubSpot and Zapier among its integrations. It does not mention Bonzo.
What Verse publicly describes
Verse’s mortgage page presents “AI for mortgage lenders and brokers.” Verse also sells to home services, insurance, healthcare and other industries. The site says Verse is a NiCE company and is powered by NiCE Cognigy. Channels on the platform pages include AI texting by SMS and RCS, voice AI agents, voicemail drops and a web assistant. The mortgage page adds email, chat and phone as needed.
The mortgage page says AI responds to every inquiry within 15 seconds, 24/7. Qualification covers credit score range, loan type, timeline and down payment in a two-way conversation. Appointments can be scheduled, rescheduled, confirmed and cancelled, with Calendly named as an example.
A human concierge team oversees every conversation. If the AI cannot answer, the conversation is passed to a human. CallConnect live-transfers from an AI text or phone conversation to your team. Setup is described as white-glove service with a 30-day deployment, and a dedicated account manager on all plans.
Integrations named on Verse’s pages include Salesforce (bidirectional), HubSpot, Zendesk Sell, Zoho, a Zapier app, webhooks and an open API. Bonzo is not mentioned on the pages checked.
Compliance pages cite TCPA, state mini-TCPA, CTIA and A2P 10DLC, and say Verse manages registration. They also describe DNC and serial TCPA litigator scrubbing, and AI detection of non-standard opt-outs such as “leave me alone.”
Pricing lists Starter, Professional and Enterprise. Each says contact us for pricing. The plans differ by conversation duration (1 month, 3 months, or 6 months and longer) and by campaign count. No dollar price is published.
The mortgage page reports an Acra Lending “133% increase in response rates” and says Verse is managing millions of mortgage leads a year. Those are vendor-reported and were not verified here. Headline counters on that page rendered as 0% without JavaScript, so those animated figures were not captured and are not used on this page.
What LoanWick does inside Bonzo
LoanWick is an AI texting assistant for mortgage loan officers. Bonzo is the live CRM. It reads history, notes and stage, replies through Bonzo when checks pass, and follows up only in enabled stages. It asks the next useful question from officer instructions. Loan advice stays with the licensed officer.
The loan officer is the person in the conversation. LoanWick steps back when that officer texts. An optional, configurable wait can give the officer the first chance to reply, and that wait is not always on. LoanWick does not describe a concierge team that oversees every conversation. A person reviews some conversations, not every text.
Booking uses the officer’s availability and booking link. External calendar busy times are not synced. Setup is: connect Bonzo, set stages and tone, and test in the demo. Outreach stays off until activation is approved. That approval is a manual step.
STOP and opt-out end assistant texts. Sends respect the lead’s local contact window and supported state rules, and the assistant steps back on recent human activity. Texting is the core. AI calling is rolling out per seat after voice setup and consent. Live call transfer is planned and is not available today. No conversion statistics are published. Pricing starts at $49 a month by lead volume, with every officer included and no per-seat fee.

Managed service or assistant inside Bonzo?
Verse describes a managed service: white-glove setup, a 30-day deployment, a dedicated account manager, a human concierge on every conversation, and quote-only plans. That shape fits a team that wants Verse to run the program.
LoanWick is the assistant inside a Bonzo account you already use, with a published monthly price and no per-seat fee. You set stages and tone, and you test before anything goes out. Live outreach stays off until activation is approved, so it is not an unattended switch. The loan officer remains the person who takes over a live text.
The Bonzo question, precisely
Verse does not list Bonzo on the integration pages checked. It does list a Zapier app, and Bonzo has its own Zapier app. No first-party page checked on October 17, 2026 shows a Verse-to-Zapier-to-Bonzo two-way workflow. That path is unverified.
If Bonzo is your CRM, ask Verse for a demo on your own Bonzo seat: history, stage, officer and write-back. A general Zapier listing is not that demo. LoanWick’s Bonzo connection is the one described as live today. Other LoanWick CRM connections are in progress, not live.
How to run a fair Verse test
Use the same four checks as the Sela comparison. Include a Bonzo lead if Bonzo is the system you will keep, and ask Verse to show the live transfer and the concierge handoff on that lead, not only a scripted voice demo.
Define the eligible workload
Use the same lead segment, channels, hours and contact permissions for both products.
Test realistic interruptions
Include a changed goal, an unanswered question, a recent officer reply and a request to stop contact.
Follow the appointment
Check whether the record, assigned officer, time zone and notice destination match the booking. A sent link is not a confirmed appointment.
Count the complete result
Separate replies, useful conversations, confirmed appointments, attendance and total cost. Do not treat a vendor headline as your forecast.
