Keep your conversations personal when you cannot answer.
An independent officer needs useful coverage, not another system to supervise all day. Start with a narrow follow-up job and keep your own relationship with the borrower visible.
Define the gap you want the assistant to cover
Do you miss new inquiries during consultations, leave older inquiries untouched, or spend time restarting the same discovery questions? Those are different problems. Choose one to test and identify the Bonzo records and stages where assistant activity is appropriate.
LoanWick’s described workflow is Bonzo-connected texting with history-aware follow-up and appointment coordination. It does not replace licensed advice, promise funded loans or make outside calendar conflicts disappear. If your workflow does not use Bonzo, confirm compatibility before buying.
Protect the conversations you already own
Choose the eligible scope
Review stages, contact preferences and current human activity.
Supply your actual context
Check your name, assistant instructions, hours and consultation details.
Test difficult cases
Try a changed goal, a specific pricing question and a borrower who asks you to take over.
Inspect the handoff
Verify the actual appointment or task and your enabled notice recipient.
Budget beyond the assistant subscription
Current LoanWick commercial plans are monthly Essential, Pro and Max tiers organized by new and active lead volume. Use the current pricing page rather than retired per-message or prepaid descriptions.
Include required CRM, messaging and other operating charges for the same period. Then compare the total with confirmed and attended consultations. Do not attribute every appointment to AI just because the borrower received a text; your own calls, referrals and existing relationships may also contribute.
A manageable first pilot
Increase the scope only after the coverage works as intended. A narrow pilot makes failures easier to understand: an exclusion is different from a delivery failure, and a polite reply is different from a confirmed booking. Keep a simple review rhythm rather than expanding every campaign at once.
Fictional starting pointAn officer wants coverage for eligible inbound purchase inquiries during existing appointments.
ScopeOne reviewed stage, one set of booking instructions and synthetic edge cases first.
ReviewRead the conversations, verify delivery and confirm which consultations actually occurred.
