LendText vs LoanWick
Quick answer: LendText and LoanWick both use AI to text mortgage leads back, help book appointments and let loan officers take over. LendText’s site lists integrations with Velocify, Salesforce, Usherpa, Surefire and GoHighLevel and doesn’t mention Bonzo. LoanWick is built for Bonzo, works inside your existing Bonzo account, and publishes monthly pricing from $49 with no per-seat fee.
Both products text mortgage leads, help book a conversation and let a loan officer take over. The useful questions are which CRM you already use, and whether you want a published monthly price or a quote with a conversion offer.

What LendText publicly describes
lendtext.com calls LendText an SMS AI engagement platform and says it is a Level 7 Design product. The same page describes natural-language conversations, a bot that engages and books or hands off, and a first response typically within 3 to 10 seconds of the CRM event. Voice calling is not described on that page.
It lists CRM integrations with Velocify, Salesforce, Usherpa, Surefire and GoHighLevel, plus custom connectors. Bonzo is not named. Whether a custom connector covers Bonzo was not verified here. Ask LendText.
Takeover is described as one click to join. The AI pauses until resumed, and the handoff is logged. A Live Agent Alert notifies loan officers when a lead is ready. Booking uses real-time availability from Google or Microsoft, or Calendly links, with automatic confirmations and reminders. Follow-up continues on your SMS schedule until the lead status changes.
Compliance copy on the page covers opt-out keywords, HELP, quiet hours and consent tracking, and says your organization must secure proper consent. It also describes STOP suppression with START to resubscribe, and 10DLC or toll-free numbers. Transcript and metadata export are mentioned, with retention configurable, for example 12 to 24 months.
No price is published. The page advertises 5% or more contract conversion on fresh leads, or you don’t pay. The guarantee’s terms were not on the page, so get them in writing. A Supreme Lending testimonial says appointments jumped from 10% to 40%. That figure is vendor-reported and was not verified by LoanWick. The homepage has a “Use Interactive Demo” button. Separate /pricing, /integrations and /faq URLs returned 404 on the day this page was checked.
What LoanWick does for mortgage texting
LoanWick is an AI texting assistant for mortgage loan officers. The live connection is Bonzo. It reads available history, notes and stage, replies through Bonzo when checks pass, and follows up only in stages you enable, after hold, opt-out and timing checks.
It steps back when the loan officer texts the lead. An optional, configurable wait can give the officer the first chance to reply. That wait is not always on. Booking uses the officer’s configured availability and booking link. External calendar busy times are not synced. A separate “live agent alert” is not described. Activity is logged in LoanWick.
STOP and other opt-outs end assistant texts. Sends respect the lead’s local contact window and supported state rules. Outreach stays off until activation is approved. Texting is the core product. AI calling is rolling out per seat after voice setup and consent. LoanWick publishes no conversion statistics. The browser demo uses fictional leads and sends no texts.

Which CRM are you on?
On Bonzo, LoanWick is the direct fit: it is built for that account and sends through Bonzo. LendText’s site does not list Bonzo.
On Velocify, Salesforce, Surefire or GoHighLevel, LendText lists those integrations. LoanWick’s connections for Follow Up Boss, Shape, Jungo, Surefire, Total Expert, Salesforce, HubSpot, Velocify, GoHighLevel and BNTouch are in progress, not live. Usherpa is on LendText’s list and is not in LoanWick’s in-progress list.
If you are waiting on a non-Bonzo connection, LoanWick offers a texting trial while that connection is set up. Free 60-day trial while the connection is set up. Trials are subject to review and aren’t guaranteed for loan officers with more than 500 leads per month, though we may still choose to honor them. The trial includes LoanWick texting, not voice; voice trials may be available on request.
Pricing models compared
LendText does not publish a price. It advertises a pay-if-you-convert offer: 5% or more contract conversion on fresh leads, or you don’t pay. The terms of that offer were not on the public page. Ask for them in writing before you compare it with a subscription.
LoanWick publishes monthly bands. Essential starts at $49 a month for 50 new and 250 active leads. Pro starts at $149 and Max at $1,249 on that same band. Every loan officer is included. There is no per-seat platform fee. Your CRM, taxes and other third-party services are separate. Above the top published band, pricing is custom. See the pricing page for the current matrix.
How to run a fair LendText test
Use the same four checks as LoanWick’s Sela comparison. Run them on fictional or clearly consented leads, and ask each company to show the CRM you actually use, including Bonzo if that is your system.
Define the eligible workload
Use the same lead segment, channels, hours and contact permissions for both products.
Test realistic interruptions
Include a changed goal, an unanswered question, a recent officer reply and a request to stop contact.
Follow the appointment
Check whether the record, assigned officer, time zone and notice destination match the booking. A sent link is not a confirmed appointment.
Count the complete result
Separate replies, useful conversations, confirmed appointments, attendance and total cost. Do not treat a vendor headline as your forecast.
